To ensure the best quality production, we require artwork files to be submitted in the following formats:

- Preferred Format:

  - Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF with fonts outlined) are required for most projects, including embroidery, signage, promotional products, and apparel decoration.

- Raster Files:

  - High-resolution raster files (.JPG, .PNG, .TIFF at 300 DPI or higher) are only accepted when a project involves full-color or photorealistic printing (e.g., full-colour digital prints or full-wrap vehicle graphics).

- Color Matching:

  - For exact color reproduction, please provide Pantone (PMS) color codes.

- Artwork Support:

  - If you are unsure if your file is usable, or need assistance converting a logo to vector format, our team can help.
